Description
During Carnival is customary to eat the tasty cakes called “chiacchiere” In some regions they are defined in different ways, including “frappe”, “crostoli”, “cenci” e “bugie”. Simple and natural ingredients and a subtle form made of thin rectangular strips. They are usually accompanied with a cream called “sanguinaccio”, a sweet cream based on dark chocolate.
