The Mascolo biscuit factory is an artisanal firm operating in the bakery sector and carrying on a family tradition dating back to 1951, the year that Grandfather Ciro Mascolo, a small artisan, founded the business. Since then, thanks to the high quality and innovativeness of our products, the Mascolo biscuit factory, now managed by the third generation, has entered a very successful phase. The secret of the firm’s success is not just the scrupulous and careful selection of raw materials, the traditional methods of production and the exceptionally fast delivery times, which mean that the product is always fragrant and of very high quality, but it also lies in the professional skills and dedication of the firm’s management, employees and collaborators.
