Coffee Cream: A Homemade Recipe

A few simple ingredients will allow you to make it in just a few hours!

Moka pot coffee: about 70g
Sugar: 40g
Fresh cream: 700g

Method:

After making the moka pot coffee, pour in the sugar and let it cool. Meanwhile, pour the cream into a cold bowl and begin whipping it, using a standard whisk or an electric mixer. When the cream has a frothy consistency, slowly add the coffee, blending it well with the cream, continuing to whip.

Once the cream has reached a frothy consistency, place it in the refrigerator, covering it with a lid or plastic wrap, and let it cool for a few hours. Before serving, pour it into glasses and sprinkle with bitter cocoa powder or a pinch of cinnamon.
