Bruschetta is a true delight, as simple to prepare as it is delicious to eat!

A delicious appetizer that’s also perfect as a main course, especially in summer, bruschetta is not only quick and easy to prepare, but also ideal for an aperitif at home with friends! To make bruschetta, all you need is some <a href=”http://biscottimascolo.it/shop/salati/fette-di-pane-tostato/” target=”_blank” rel=”noopener”>toasted bread</a> topped with your favorite homemade sauce.

Crispy and flavorful, the classic version of bruschetta is with diced cherry tomatoes and basil. Here are the ingredients and instructions.

<li>Fresh tomatoes</li>
<li>Basil leaves</li>
<li>Capers</li>
<li>Fresh onion</li>
<li>Oregano</li>
<li>Garlic</li>
<li>Salt</li>
<li>EVO oil.</li>

<h4>PREPARATION</h4>
<strong>-</strong> Dice the tomatoes and season them with extra virgin olive oil, a pinch of salt, and a sprinkling of oregano, chopped onion, or garlic. Let them marinate for about an hour.

<strong>-</strong> Pour the dressing over the bruschetta and garnish with capers and a few basil leaves.
