1. Preparation times

Orders are prepared within 1-2 business days of receiving payment, unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase (e.g., pre-order products or those temporarily unavailable).

2. Delivery times

Deliveries are made within 2-5 working days from the date of shipment, throughout Italy (including islands), via express courier.

3. Shipping costs

  • Standard shipping: The cost is automatically calculated during checkout, based on the weight/volume of the order and the destination address.

  • Free shipping: available for orders over a certain threshold, which, if applicable, will be clearly indicated on the website.

Once shipped, the customer will receive an email with the tracking number, allowing them to follow the delivery status in real time.

5. Failed deliveries

If the recipient is absent, the courier will make one or more delivery attempts. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the address is correct and attended in the days following the order.

Orders not delivered for reasons attributable to the customer (incorrect address, untraceable recipient, package refusal) will not give the right to a refund for perishable products.
