1. Food products and right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the right of withdrawal does not apply to food products packaged to order or clearly personalized, or products that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

Therefore, the products for sale on this site are not subject to the right of withdrawal, except in the case of damaged or non-compliant products.


2. Damaged or incorrect product

If the package received shows obvious damage to the packaging or anomalies, we recommend:

  • Accept with reservation, signing the delivery note for the courier;

  • Document the damage with photos of the package and the product;

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing info@biscottificiomascolo.it and attaching images.

We will evaluate the case and, if the damage or error is confirmed, we will be able to offer:

  • la sostituzione del prodotto;

  • or a full or partial refund, as agreed with the customer.


3. Refund times

In case of a refund, the amount will be returned within 14 working days of confirmation of approval of the request, using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
